From the press release: This will be the first time that all three organizations have partnered up to bring music, dance, and visual art to life in one space. Audience members will be encouraged to visit the museum an hour prior to the show to familiarize themselves with Dalí’s work and life story. The performance will take place in the back of the museum in a small intimate space where the dance artists will transform the performance space into a multimedia experience with projections, lights, costumes, props and the sounds of A. Paul Johnson. A. Paul Johnson’s original score is inspired by eleven of Dalí’s paintings, which the dance artists have been studying and using as inspiration for the Hello Dalí performance. Tickets: $15 adults, $10 students; for reservations call 941-345-5755.
