Business Strategies for Artists

April 1st, 2008 · No Comments

Two local conferences in April– the 2nd Annual Self-Employment in the Arts Conference at the University of Tampa and Sell Your Creative at the Innovation Hangar in the Channel District– aim to help artists achieve financial sustainability through their creative endeavors. The former is a bit broader in scope, reaching out to literary, performing and visual fine artists, while the latter sounds like it’s geared more to designers and commercial artists.

For anyone who attended the SEA Conference last year: What did you think? I will try to attend both and review them here.
